Here are my 3 favorite ways to relieve stress and promote relaxation.
1. Palo Santo is my go to for instant relaxation. The smell it self is enough to promote calmness and a positive atmosphere. Smudging can be done with incense, bundles such as sage and essential oil as well.

2. The Pranamat is probably my most favorite prop i own. This particular one is the Pranamat eco. Eco friendly with 95 lotus massagers with 25 petals each. I've tried a few different acupressure mats and i chose to share the pranamat eco with you simply because it is the most effective and you know i love products that are earth loving! I like to lay on mine for about 10-20 minutes and each time i feel that good ol' runners high. Didn't know it was possible to feel that blissful natural high from laying on a mat, definite score! This makes it perfect as a before bedtime routine. I sometimes enjoy using it in the mornings if i don't have alot of time to get a practice in, I lay on the pranamat for about 5 minutes and it wakes my body right up. So many ways you can use it such as stepping on it, laying on your belly, legs, arms, you can even remove the inside which allows you to be able to contour the lotus massagers around the wrists, legs, arms, etc.. I also like to gently lay my head on the pillow, not only is it relaxing but it can promote hair growth! 3. One of the most basic props we have laying around can be so effective for releasing stress, blockages within the body along with pain. The Yoga block i have in the video is cork, cork blocks can be quite hard for beginners so i do recommend a foam block for anyone who is extra sensitive/tense. both work equally well and aid in healing us physically and emotionally. there are tons of ways to use a Yoga block.
